1.Develop, implement, and hold personnel accountable for compliance to HSE policy, rules and objectives of SJ plant.
2.Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and HSE team to identify potential safety risks in production. (Should also include Asia/China and global HSE Functions.)
3.Plan and drive related departments to identify major hazards, pollution sources and effectively manage it.
4.Work with HSE experts in the company to collect and update the environmental protection / safety supervision / fire laws and regulations, other requirements and standards applicable to the company, and evaluate the compliance.
5.Develop and implement safety procedures of production and compliance with applicable operating regulations.
6.Plan and promote related units to implement HSE education and training
7.To supervise and inspect the work in production and plant; ensure compliance with permit requirements.
8. Carry out audit inspections, timely identify and notify relevant units of responsibilities and responsibilities to eliminate potential accidents in production.
9. Organization formulate and implement contingency plans for production safety accidents, and timely and truthfully report safety accidents.
10. Responsible for maintaining good relations with local government, such as environmental protection, safety supervision, health, energy and other related government systems.
11. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
Requirements
Hard qualification:
- Bacholar or above college degree in major of chemical engineering and chemistry or above, Safety Engineering, and holding certificate of China Registered(chemistry) Safety Engineer.
