"岗位职责：

职位责任：
1. 负责负责新产品工艺，光电器件封装技术的转化和完善，解决生产中发生的工艺技术问题，提高产品的合格率。

2. 负责完成HPU，Scrap Factor等参数计算及更新；

3. 负责生产线的工艺技术培训及支持。

4. 工艺文件的制定、更新及维护。

5. 协助其他部门完成相关任务。

岗位要求：

1. 本科，具备2年以上光电行业封装工艺及设备调试维护相关工作经验，或本科以上学历无工作经验

2. 熟悉光通信器件的光纤耦合原理及耦合设备

3. 具备解决问题、制作样品及制定测试步骤等实际经验

4..熟悉各种常用办公软件。

5. 良好的中英文读写能力，高度的责任心，有团队合作精神。
