Define and propose the investment budget and monitor its execution.
Improve, develop RM to rise the productivity and to reduce the product cost.
Realize the objectives of the development and optimization program of products.
Enhance and update the technical information in all existing data bases: Bill of Materials, Routings, Development reports, gauge standard, SOP of production line, RM consumption quota.
Perform business intelligence: benchmark competition products, identify new manufacturing possibilities, review technological changes in applications.
Manage, guide its team and review with them all the actions plan: product and process development, material & supplier qualification,
Team work with other departments of the company (finance, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial) in order to define and adapt its actions for the maximization of company success.
Train the commercial team, develop the relevant promotional tools (catalogs, leaflet), support sales action (technical presentation or seminar with international customers) .
Perform economic studies and cost comparison.
Follow the budget of its departments and initiate cost reduction program.
Provide the technical support to sales team
Collect the marketing information to seek the opportunity
