职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Ø Analyze and solve production line process problems;
Ø Lead technical studies to improve product quality and reliability;
Ø Submit technical report or documents;
Ø Responsible for the equipment/technology transfer, new equipment installation，qualification
and productivity improvement.
Ø Ensure continuous improvement projects are carried out to improve equipment performance.
Qualifications:
Ø University education or above, majored in Semiconductor, Electronics, Material Science, Physics or Chemistry etc.
Ø Ability to use tools of DOE, FEA, FMEA, OCAPs, Process Control Plan.
Ø Good commend in Chinese and English reading & writing;
Ø Good computer skills
