职位描述
Overall Purpose of Job:
- To handle of sales within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company.
- To make proposal of the sales budget for the market/area in question. After review and approval by the Management to carry out the qualitative and quantitative targets as stated in the budget, in respect of policies and the authority assigned.

- To call on customers according to weekly/monthly programs and by customers\' request.
Main Tasks:
- Responsible for the business development in agreed market, achieve agreed sales target
- Follow up the key municipal projects in agreed market
- Maintain and development long term partnership with the main business partner e.g. municipal design institute, contractor and project owner etc.
- Develop and implement sales plan and budget
- To search for information on customers and competitor\'s lines of conduct and market trends as well, and in cooperation with the Management to consider actions that might be taken.
- To provide technical support to dealers/ partners for HVAC products or application.
- To coordinate or participate in customer trainings, seminars, exhibitions and other sales promotion arrangement.
- To involve in dealing with customer\'s complaints of products and their functioning.
- To search for/ consider new possibilities and prospects for increasing the sales.
- To carry out market research for HVAC products.
- To maintain a customer\'s data file containing visiting dates, arrangements agreed on, particular about customers, relevant figures, quotations and sales turnover, etc.
- To provide sales reports timely.


JOB PROFILE
Education and training
- Diploma or degree holder in environment protection engineering or mechanical and/or electronic related field.
