The surface dry of E33 WF is 1h and through dry is 3h-4h. 80um DFT with 60um 2K PU has passed the salt spray and condensation test of C3(480h salt spray and 240h condensation). Successful trial application at Johnson controls in Wuxi, SEW in SuZzhou, Xuzhou XUGONG(XCMG).The cost is about 18RMB/Kg and 23RMB/Liter with the volume solid 43%, VOC below 80g/L.

Because AK15P is 30-35% cheaper than original products,also has no dry spray . It replace two products in Marine. So Named another name Pilot QD primer Plus. This products can give profit more than 10 million for JOTUN every year .It also will be global product.

项目描述： Penguard WF is economical but dry slowly, because it used liquid epoxy.It can spray one coating 500um dry film thickness without sagging.It passed the 3rd part test, 1000h salt at DFT100um.It be used in Shanghai boiler factory,ZPMC,Changzhou transformer factory and so on.The cost is about 15RMB/kg and 18RMB/Liter with the volume solid 52%.

项目描述： Penguard LT is a special epoxy products, It can application at -20 degree, and hard dry time is 48h at -15C to -20C.It pass the test of Norsok 501.it successful trial application at Russia and northeast of China.The cost is also not experience about 10RMB/Kg or 14RMB/Liter(70% volume solid). It is global products for JOTUN. Ultra Low temperature curing system is also the biggest projects in the history of JOTUN R&D China.

项目描述： 普通的双组分环氧涂料配方成本几乎已经很难进一步降低了。此项目负责选用特殊的环氧树脂，拼入更多的低成本成膜原料，在保证1530C性能不差于原有环氧中间漆的情况下，每升漆的价格下降1.6元，做到了每升6元左右。
2012.05 - 2012.09 老人牌自清洁氟碳涂料55GCN的研制

项目描述： 针对中远关西涂料和PPG式玛涂料的自清洁氟碳涂料，负责开发老人牌自清洁氟碳涂料，负责氟碳树脂的选择，亲水化技术的处理，亲水化技术与涂料助剂的矛盾处理。并撰写了技术论文《亲水型自清洁氟碳涂料》已经被《涂料工业》杂志收入，将于2013年1月出版。55GCN亲水接触角为56度，1000小时QUV-B老化测试后接触角仍有68度，自清洁效果良好。经4000小时QUV-B老化实验后，白色涂膜保光93%，色差仅为0.8。

责任描述： 采用原位乳液聚合法，合成了水性聚氨酯丙烯酸乳液和苯丙乳液，选择合适的剥离助剂，复合成可剥保护涂料，已经成功应用于中国直升研究院（江西）的直升机前挡风有机玻璃的临时保护。
